NEW YORK, December 7, 2006 — We wanted to wish you all peace, joy and love this holiday season…but there’s a war on, so what are you going to do?

As you can see by the cover of Vol. 2, Issue 6, we decided to take a stab at predicting the future in our Flux Capacitor feature. We ended up with our typical mishmash of ideas and entertainment on subjects ranging from Doctors Without Borders’ annual list of underreported humanitarian crises to “Stay Where You Are”, a sobering laundry list of reasons why the future should be avoided at all costs.

But how, you may ask, can one expect to understand the future without knowing what has passed? Well, funny you should mention it. We are all over the past year with our presentation of the COOL’EH Best of 2006 series of articles. Categories included Best Movie, Rock Album, Rap Album, Despot (Kim Jong Stillmatic takes the crown for the third year running!), Victory, Loser, TV Show and more.
